How does it work?
SPOOP, start and stop at any time.
SPOOP has tried to make the process as simple as possible.

Fill in the Commitment Free Service Form.

SPOOP will send you an email to inquire about additional information and to verify that we have all your details.

We will send you a link to sign up for Direct Debit (DD).

Once we get DD confirmation, you will get loaded onto our scheduling system and your first SPOOP visit will be booked.
You will be billed monthly in advance via Direct Debit. Once
payment has been received your SPOOP services will start.
A SPOOP advisor will email you to arrange your collection day.
Because we have such a busy schedule we can't give you a
fixed time when one of our SPOOPers will be at your property
on your scheduled day.
On your scheduled service day, your SPOOPer will knock on
your door, if you not in, we will need access via a side gate
leading to the property. Please note, we will not be able to
provide you with our Scooper Pooper service if access is dependent on someone being at the property when we visit (to logistically challenging for the price). Once all the poop has been collected, your SPOOPer will send you a picture of the closed gate via email, bag your waste and place it in your black bin. It is really important that your gate is in good working order and your latches function properly. Please note, we will not service properties where dogs attack our staff or where dangerous dogs/animals are present or where our staff feel uncomfortable.
If you decide to cancel for whatever reason, the Direct Debit will be stopped and services will cease at the end of the current billed period (end of the paid month). If you cancel close to end of the month, the direct debit might still be processed, but the payment will be refunded.
